The City of Edinburgh Council is consulting on proposals to improve walking, wheeling, and cycling along Maybury Road from the new housing at Cammo Meadows, through Barnton junction and along Whitehouse Road as far north as Barnton Avenue West.  

The changes would make it safer and easier to travel to local schools, shops, and facilities.

The consultation is open until 26 January, and the Council would love to hear your views. You can view the plans and share feedback online at: www.edinburgh.gov.uk/barntonconnectionssurvey

There will also be two public drop-in events at City Gates Church, Whitehouse Road:

  • Thursday 20 November, 14:00–18:30
  • Monday 1 December, 14:00–18:30
